Secure & Private QR Codes
QR Codes (Quick Response Codes) are 2D barcodes that can be scanned by smartphones. They are commonly used for website links, but can also store plain text, phone numbers, and WiFi credentials.
The Privacy Risk of "Dynamic" QR Codes
Many online generators create "Dynamic" QR codes. They don't store your actual URL; instead, they store a tracking link that redirects to your URL. This allows the service provider to track your users or break your QR code if you stop paying them.
FreeSoft.app creates Static QR Codes. The data is encoded directly into the image pixels. It will work forever, requires no subscription, and we cannot track who scans it.
WiFi QR Codes
You can create a code that lets guests join your WiFi without typing a password. Because this tool runs Client-Side, your WiFi password is never sent to our cloud. It is processed safely on your own device.
